Announcing the 16th Jaleh Esfahani Persian Poetry Prize Festival
Young Persian poets, under the age of 30 years, can take part by sending 5 of their poems in Farsi (Persian). The poems will be judged by prominent poets from Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan. In the first round, the judges will select 5 shortlists for each of these countries. At the second stage, 3 poets with origins from the three countries will be selected from these short lists. A fourth prize will also be considered by the judges for Persian poets who take part from the rest of the world.
