Contract worker Advert: The foundation needs a part time Admin Worker

Jaleh Esfahani Cultural Foundation invites expressions of interest for a part-time, contract-based admin worker to support its cultural and educational activities.

Hours: 10 hours per week on average.
Rate: £15.00 per hour
Place of work: Remote working. Occasionally, attendance at some in-person internal and external meetings will be required.
Duration of Contract: 12 months
The candidate must have a strong interest in cultural work.
Start date: February 2026 or soon after.

Key responsibilities:

1—Prepare material for and update the website/Social Media Administration(Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube)
2–Preparing and producing, and updating posters and announcements for workshops and cultural events.
3- Providing general administrative support for the foundation’s activities. These include booking venues for events, helping organise events in liaison with the foundation’s working groups, announcement and publicity of events by email or via social media, responding to emails seeking advice from the trustees when necessary, and other general admin jobs.

Desired skills:

Familiarity with administrative and organisational tasks.
Computer-literate, with skills in website and social media and relevant design/editing tools.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Reliability, attention to detail, and an interest in cultural work.
Proficiency in English and Persian is essential.
